Kyle had a killer senior session alright – it’s a real keeper and it was a lot of fun to shoot! Kyle is another Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Prep senior and his mom Amy and his lil’ sis joined us for the first part of the session in the woods before we finished on the beautiful campus of OLSM! Let’s start in the woods with Kyle…….and his bow!
This is definitely our first hunting bow – pretty cool.
We also have some behind the scenes fun for you – first from the story we created on Snapchat from the day! Here it is…
After hanging in the woods we headed over to the OLSM campus for the rest – we’ll start with the sport coat and tie!
Looking sharp!
Next Kyle broke out the letter sweater which is always a great look!
Awesome – love that.
We also have more behind the scenes fun this time from the replay of our Facebook Live broadcast:
And we’ll leave you with this one close up:
And there you have it! A killer session with Kyle – we hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with him!

Zak is a cool kid and this isn’t the first time he’s been in front of Ally’s camera… not his first Frameable Faces rodeo so to speak. You see he was here with his parents for a family session – that would be his parents who were married ONE DAY before we were! So we have something in common with these guys and we knew Zak would be a good representative for the class of 2018 crew, so were there any problems getting some killer shots with this guy? Zip, zilch, nada!!!
Zak is an athlete, playing hockey at Orchard Lake St. Mary’s so we started in the studio with his cool letter sweater – there’s something classic about a letter sweater that we love to photograph for senior pictures and we’ll start with this one:
Awesome!
Of course we have some fun behind the scenes action from the session starting with the replay of our Periscope broadcast! If you want to join in on the fun – especially on the Doug & Ally Morning Show T-F (& sometimes S) sometime between 8:30 – 11 AM EST along with various other photo sessions like Zak’s below you can follow us at @FrameableFaces at this link, or if you want to watch the broadcasts from Twitter you can do that too.

We also headed out to the OLSM campus for the outdoor photos and captured some great stuff… locations like this and Cranbrook for example are great for sessions IF you have permission to photograph there. We started with a little more formal look at the grotto.
Looking great…
This next shot is a unique one for us in the tower at the top of one of the buildings! Check it out…
Great shot of Zak there.
We also have more behind the scenes for you at that spot with the replay of the Facebook Live broadcast we did:
We have one more sneak peek photo for you with Orchard Lake as a backdrop – love this one…
So as you can see there were NO problems on this session with Zak – zip, zilch, nada!!! We hope you enjoyed the highlights! We’ll leave you with the Snapchat story from the day!

Great Scott! What an appropriate exclamation for Scott’s senior session! We love this kid – he and his mom Marilyn are such a blast to be around and for us it was a lot of fun because Scott reminds us a lot of our son Tony. He looks like him and he even talks and acts like him a little – it’s crazy! The guy is an accomplished baseball player at Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Prep High School and that’s where we went to get some photos of this defending state champ at his home diamond.
But before we went on location to the field of dreams we started with some photos here in the studio on the black background, and you know what that could mean right? Athlete, black background, could be some fire involved….. But first we have a simple shot of Scott just being Scott – check it out:
That’s one good looking dude.
Okay so next Scott broke out a baseball bat and yep – we set it on fire for this cool photo:
Awesome!
Now let’s take a look at some behind the scenes action from the day – first with our 6 second looping vine:
.@24scottyg was on fire without even knowing he was – the kid is good!⚾️ #classof2016 https://t.co/c7sXUqhCqb

Next we have the Periscope replays from our YouTube channel. You won’t see the live comments in these broadcasts but there was indeed a live audience commenting including Scott’s girlfriend who saw the notification in her twitter feed, grabbed the app and jumped into the conversation in the location segment of the replay – that was a first for us and it was hilarious! You can download Periscope here and follow us at @frameablefaces!
As you saw in the live video we took a few photos around the campus, but we ended up at the baseball field where we’ll highlight a couple of great photos from the dugout…
And one more…
And there you have it! Great Scott indeed! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with him!
