Highlights From A Sportin’ Bar Mitzvah Celebration With Ari!

We love photographing celebrations – who doesn’t love a sports themed bar mitzvah?  We actually photographed Ari when he was a toddler so this was pretty cool to be a part of his special day as he takes his place as a man in the Jewish tradition!  He crushed it at services and the party was a banger!  Let’s take a look at the highlights of the celebration with Ari and his family on their special day shall we?

A Happy Family Portrait Session With Happie And Her Family!

We have always been fans of photographing folks in traditional dress no matter the ethnicity – all of the colors are so beautiful!  And when the family’s beauty inside and out matches the beauty of the clothing?  Perfection!  We are big fans of Happie and Bertram and their family and we were able to capture them at the studio as well as on location – we’ve been looking forward to sharing these highlights!

Jillian’s Journey In Detroit Was Absolutely Epic!

Fall Colors With Nathan Never Looked Better For Senior Pictures!

In A Pure Michigan Mood With Merrick For Senior Pictures!

We love being in a Pure Michigan Mood – when the fall colors are in full swing and we have a fun senior to photograph?  It doesn’t get much better than that, and Merrick brought his A game!  Merrick has been in front of Ally’s camera several times now going back to when he was little, and most recently as a senior spokesmodel for the class of 2023!  We headed out on a brisk fall day for this session and got some great stuff – check out these highlights!

At this point we planned to get a couple on the track since Merrick is a runner (he comes from a long line of runners) and all around great athlete!  We got some snow flurries which we used to great effect on this next one.  Merrick’s mom Melissa joined us for this series on location and we had a few laughs!  Merrick is a total badass…

Antoine and Carol – A Love Story and a Day We Won’t Forget!

There is nothing like a good love story.  This was such a special day for us and for one of the happiest and most adorable couples we’ve ever met in our lives!  Antoine and Carol tied the knot and we were there to capture it.  It was a small affair of just family at the courthouse and there was so much emotion and happiness in that little room we’re not sure how the walls could hold it all.

The Twins Return For Senior Pictures: Part 2 – Sydney Sparkles!

As promised, here is part 2 of the twins return to our blog with Sasha gracing our site first (she stunned) and now….Sydney Sparkles!  These girls have been a delight as we said before, representing our studio as spokesmodels for the class of 2023 and their mom Danielle joined us for the follow up on their senior pictures!  What a day we had!  Let’s get to some highlights focusing on Syd!

Krazy For Katie and Her Detroit Senior Session!
