The Camera On Camryn For Her Bat Mitzvah Celebration!
We put the camera on Camryn and her family members for her recent bat mitzvah celebration! These events are so special and our event photographer Angela captures them so well! We’re happy to share these highlights with you of Camryn’s special day!
Camera On Camryn
Let’s get to the photos at Temple Israel of Camryn and her family – this was earlier in the year before there could be any real events due to COVID-19, but that didn’t get in the way of celebrating such a special milestone!
There’s the young lady with her mom Laura!
Here’s Camryn with dad Jeff, mom Laura and brother Devin!
And now a little spotlight on the girl of the hour…
Okay, she’s adorable!
One more with the Torah on the bimah!
Love it! Mazel Tov all the way around to this beautiful young lady! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of her special day!

The Crying Baby In The Window Grows Up And Has His Bar Mitzvah!
The Crying Baby Grows Up
Sammy The Future Chef Had A Scrumptious Soirée For His Bar Mitzvah!
What a legacy…
Let’s get to the Scrumptious Soirée!
Haha – think he was enjoying this?
That’s a great shot by Angela of Sammy!
What is hilarious about that shot is Sammy is recreating the big photo that was taken by Ally when Sammy was only 2!
We love that last shot – the way Angela framed Stacy and Jason with all the celebratory raised glasses is perfect! All in all it was a day and a night to remember at Sammy’s Scrumptious Soirée! We hope you enjoyed the highlights!
Game On! It’s Time For A Bar Mitzvah Celebration At Adam’s Arcade!
Adam’s Arcade was a fantastic event and this was our second go around with this family – you may remember older brother Jesse’s bar mitzvah celebration a little while back with our event photographer Angela capturing the images of these wonderful events each time! We’re coming up on a quarter century of knowing the Krugels and both families are done with the bar and bat mitzvahs of this generation – time sure flies. Meanwhile Adam is an awesome kid and a total character – his personality was stamped all over this party for sure…
Family shots at the Temple…
Let’s tell the story of the day in much the same way as last time around starting with the photos of the family at the temple and on the bimah itself…
The man of the hour!!!
….and the happy family:
If you can’t be silly with your brother who can you be silly with….?
So cool to have all of your grandparents with you celebrating your big day….
The tradition of being called to read from the Torah is so special…
Adam’s Arcade!
Now let’s get to the bash – and it was such a cool theme. Adam’s arcade was just that – a legit arcade! Sure there was a DJ and a dance floor and fun decorations but there was actually an arcade in the back of the room complete with video games, and they also had a sweet retro logo which was available as a snapchat filter!
Let’s start with a shot of Adam with the ladies! Haha!
Here’s a great photo of the proud parents just beaming during the montage!
Think this kid was having fun on his big day……?
Meanwhile the kudos need to once again go to our incredible event photographer Angela – we love her. She’s gotta be good on multiple levels for us to put our name on her work and she makes us proud each and every time. Here’s a little over the shoulder behind the scenes shot of Angela at work at the party…
Here are the grandpas say the blessing over the challah!
We weren’t kidding about the arcade….. Super Mario!!!
Adam and his crew….
Surveying the whole scene from up high during the hora!!!
So there you have it! Another successful and fun event that we were so happy to be a part of!

Photos From A Special Night At Club Sedona!
We are proud to present to you some awesome photos from a special night at Club Sedona! This was another unique opportunity to watch our amazing event photographer Angela in action at a special occasion that we attended as guests. This is a very rewarding experience because we get to celebrate such a special day with friends on a personal note and we know we can have a part in making their day even more special with amazing photos from a professional standpoint.
Sedona becomes a bat mitzvah
We have known Sedona since she was tiny – almost her whole life and she is growing up to be a beautiful, nice, smart, and funny girl. It was a delight to be at her bat mitzvah, and as with most bat mitzvahs we photograph we’ll start at the Temple on the bimah with Sedona and her family.
Angela also captured a couple of really nice moments between Sedona and her siblings at the Temple:
So sweet right? Here’s a nice one of the bat mitzvah girl by herself:
On To Club Sedona…
The party was held at Emagine in Royal Oak which is a great venue for a party! Music, great food, dancing, candle lighting, and even a little bowling! What a blast. Let’s start with a photo of Sedona in front of one of the banners featuring a photo that Ally did at the studio…
So fun! Now let’s give you a feel for the party which Angela captured splendidly! Take a look:
A great time was had by all and Sedona was the star on her special day! Great girl, great family! Club Sedona was a huge success! We hope you enjoyed the highlights, and once again big credit to our event photographer Angela who captured the day!
Jesse’s March Madness Was Truly A Blast!
March Madness usually means a basketball tournament, but in this case it meant Jesse’s Bar Mitzvah! Since we started photographing events with our fabulous event photographer Angela, Ally and I have attended a couple of them as guests which is a special treat for us on a couple levels. For starters it’s special to share in a celebration with our friends, but to watch Angela at her craft is very rewarding as well because it confirms for us why we are so proud to have her. We knew we had something special with her from the first day she walked into our studio when she was still a photography student several years ago. She’s grown into a true pro and we are excited to showcase some of her work here!
Let’s start on the bimah
We have known Jesse since he was born and I have known his parents Noah and Ellen for 23 years going back to our days at the University of Michigan. They are a great family and you can see the joy they had on the occasion of Jesse’s Bar Mitzvah! First Angela focused on the service part of the event at the Temple with photos of the family in the sanctuary:
Now let the “March Madness” begin!
The theme of the party was #JessesMarchMadness and people were having fun Instagramming with the hashtag which was displayed on the big screen, but when Jesse led members of the U of M marching band into the room and a rousing chorus of “The Victors” was played, well – things got kicked up a notch for sure. Jesse wore a GoPro to record the party and it was definitely a day to remember!
Hail to Jesse (and The Victors)!!!
We hope you enjoyed these highlights of Jesse’s March Madness – his Bar Mitzvah was truly a special day!
