YES it’s time for the Class of 2021 Spokesmodel Panorama…..RAMA!!! This is our fourth annual post like this, and while these are NOT professional photos, they are a fun behind the scenes way of representing what we’ve been up to with our new crew in panoramic style! I took these (Doug – not Ally) with my iPhone XR and we love to stack ’em up and give them their own blog post! This year has clearly been a strange one to say the least, and we have a smaller but still amazing crew representing the rising class of 2021! The first couple we did before the lockdown and the next four we’ve completed since we reopened. And what a great crew we have this year….
The Class Of 2021 Spokesmodel Panoramarama!
Here we go – in chronological order!

And there it is!!! The class of 2021 is HERE and we are so excited! We hope you enjoyed the 2021 spokesmodel panorama …..RAMA!!!

With another entry in the surreal moments category we present to you our last and FAR from least spokesmodel for the rising Class of 2021 seniors – JuJu!!! Giulianna was last here with her siblings in December of 2010! Here’s a photo from that session from a studio sample book we still have!
She was so adorable! And now she’s back a full decade later as a beautiful and kind senior! Wow… time sure flies and it’s so special for us to have the people who were with us in the early days of the studio here at the Orchard Mall back to represent us for senior pictures! We’ve always been admirers of JuJu’s mom Barb – she is just good. Such a sweetheart. So when they agreed to spokesmodeling for us we were over the moon. We knew JuJu would bring the juju! The GOOD kind!!!
JuJu brings the juju…to Detroit!
We were also excited to get back down to Detroit for some photos. We hadn’t been down there for a session since before the stay at home orders and we love being there. Detroit sessions have been really popular the last several years (there’s a slight additional charge of $75 for the time and travel required for a Detroit session).
We started on Belle Isle and even though the fountain wasn’t on we thought it made for a nice backdrop!
LOVE! We had a perfect day too…
Here’s another on Belle Isle:
At this point we headed over to Eastern Market and we have some fun behind the scenes for you here from Facebook!
And the result:
The next photo was a first for us at Scott Sprague’s studio in Detroit which we have access to as an option going forward for a fee – it’s unique, spacious and has some fantastic lighting! Scott was really nice and invited us up to play around a little so we took him up on it. Here are a couple from his studio:
You can see in the TikTok above the natural lighting that comes through the windows that we used for this next one we’ll leave you with:
And there you have it – JuJu with the good juju! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with her and all the photos of our wonderful class of 2021 spokesmodel crew! So excited to photograph this rising senior class!

Loving Lira is something we’ve been doing for a solid decade! She was one of our favorites when we used to do dance photos for the dance studio across the hall and we’ve pretty much planned on having her be a spokesmodel someday all this time. She’s a character this one – in the very best way – she runs track, plays in the band AND she’s a power lifter!!! All with a larger than life personality and we are so happy to be photographing her now as a rising senior!
Loving Lira!
Let’s get to some highlights shall we? First we went to one of our favorite spots in West Bloomfield where we found some pretty patches of purple!
Love it – this pic is SO Lira!
Of course we have some behind the scenes fun as well – first from the Facebook Livestream:
And here’s one more with that outfit with a more thoughtful pose in a classic black and white:
Time to change outfits and location – our seniors typically go with between 4-6 outfits in a session… and for these we headed to Birmingham and Quarton Lake which is a popular spot with our seniors!
A little water, a little backlight – a lot of beauty…
One more behind the scenes video this time from Instagram!
And we’ll leave you with this last one with the waterfall as the backdrop:
And there you go! Loving Lira indeed for the class of 2021! The new senior season has begun so get on our calendar ASAP! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with Lira!

Just being able to write “Leah Leads Us Back To Action” is a joy for so many reasons! For starters this was our first photo session in months after being home to flatten the curve of the pandemic, so just getting out and being back at it doing what we love was exhilarating. But to be with Leah and her mom Emma made it even better because we’re friends and have been for many years. So to have that interaction for the first time and to do it with people we already know and care about was sustenance for the soul! Leah is representing the Bloomfield Hills Blackhawks for the class of 2021 and when you add in the fact that she brought her “A game” and SLAYED – well that’s just the icing on the cake…. Let’s get to some highlights!
Leah Leads Us Back To Action
We decided to go edgy and head to Pontiac, masks and all! We like to photograph in Pontiac from time to time for a little urban vibe.
Love. The. Shoes. And the gorgeous girl wearing them.
We also have some fun behind the scenes action for you first from our Facebook Livestream:
Leah had a few outfit changes so next up we have a lyrical costume with pointe shoes – this next setup is amazing:
Just so cool – the costume matching the rail, Leah on pointe – just the whole thing…. wow.
Moving around downtown Pontiac we discovered a little spot we either hadn’t noticed before or was newly painted since last fall:
Such a fun wall and Leah has that little smize going! Here’s some more behind the scenes this time embedded straight from Instagram TV!
The final shots just happened impromptu as Leah jumped up on a barrel and flashed the peace sign – with the shades on – just a great way to sum up how we were feeling that day! Love this girl.
And there you have it! Yep – Leah led us back to action which felt so good and we hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with her!

We had a wonderful time – extreme enjoyment you might say a few weeks ago with Ellie for her spokesmodel session for the class of 2021! We are pleased to share these highlights during times of stress as we continue to prepare for the upcoming senior class, and Ellie is representing our studio for North Farmington High School – our alma mater!
Meanwhile we go way back with Ellie’s family – Doug went to Michigan with Ellie’s mom Kari and she joined us for the session which we did mostly in the studio, but we did manage to get outside for a bit even though it was just slightly chilly… hehe. So let’s get to some highlights!
Extreme Enjoyment With Ellie
You’ll see for yourself how delightful Ellie is in the behind the scenes stuff, and we’ll get to the photo highlights in a bit, but first we have an added element to this session that we are playing with to start offering this summer…
Susan Adams is a fantastic local photographer whom we have admired for a few years now. She specializes in sports and she has captured some great images of our son Tony as the photographer for Bloomfield Hills Schools. We are looking to bring Susan and her talents on board for yes – sports (more on that in the future), but also for an idea we had for professional behind-the-scenes storytelling through photos of the day with our seniors! As you know Doug documents plenty of behind the scenes fun during our sessions with livestreaming and more on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok with his iPhone. But senior photos are really an event for our peeps and this could be a great option for those who want to include it in their experience. With Ellie, Susan met up with her while she was having her makeup done by Class of 2011 Frameable Faces Senior Gabby Zilberberg! We love when things like this happen! She also came over to the studio to grab a few photos as well, so we’ll start with Susan’s pics:
Getting started…
Great stuff right?
Now let’s get to the sneak peeks from the session!
We started off with a little pink on pink. Love this sweater on this background – just adorable!
And here is some fun behind the scenes from Facebook – should bring you a smile or two!
From there we moved to a wooden backdrop that we love:
At this point it was time to get a few pics outdoors. And actually it was toasty warm! Okay maybe not, but we told Ellie to pretend it was… hehe…
Here’s some behind the scenes from outside that we streamed on Instagram:
And we’ll leave you with this one photo from on location. So pretty!!!
And there you have it! Extreme enjoyment with Ellie indeed! We are looking forward to bringing you more photos of these awesome young peeps and we look towards the summer for senior pictures!
Meanwhile, looking for some fun? A diversion? Check out our podcast – all the links are below and we actually talked about Ellie’s session a bit on episode 8!

Adrianna has been a part of the Frameable Faces studio since it opened in the Orchard Mall over 11 years ago! You may recognize her as the adorable little girl in the big frame by our theater in the back of the studio…
…and now she’s a beautiful young lady and the first of our class of 2021 senior spokesmodels! She even gave us a little side by side in the Facebook livestream you’ll see below which was so much fun! So this is an exciting moment for us to kickoff the new class and a surreal one for us since it’s Adrianna! She’s a West Bloomfield Laker and we’re so happy to have her back! We did a little reminiscing with her mom Lillian when we sat down to plan, and she had a fantastic spokesmodel session! These give us a chance to try out some new lighting techniques (as well as backdrops and locations as we move through the rest of our crew over the next few months) and Ally is still playing with her new camera. Plus we use these images in all of our upcoming marketing for the next senior class which will be coming through the studio in just 4 short months from now!
Adrianna Leads The Way
So let’s get to it:
We started out on the white paper backdrop and sometimes the white on white looks very cool – especially with the ripped jeans!
Adrianna was on her game!!!
Next we moved to the black backdrop and here we went black on black. People sometimes are surprised when we tell them they can wear the white on the white or the black on the black assuming they’ll blend in, but if your lighting is great it looks fantastic. We also want to give a shoutout to Caroline at Mandy Rose Studio for Adrianna’s makeup! They do an awesome job over there.
We also have our first behind the scenes clip here from Facebook Live and this is the one where Adrianna gives us the “double take flashback”! So much fun…
Next we moved to the fire red fabric backdrop which we love:
We have a little more behind the scenes fun here this time from Instagram Live:
We’ll leave you with one more on the red:
Wow – we’d say we’re off to an amazing start with Adrianna leading the way. More to come with the rest of the crew so keep on the lookout, and make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and podcast! All the links are below! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with Adrianna!
