Faris is a legacy with big shoes to fill – his sister Nora‘s portrait has been hanging in the studio for a couple years from her senior session! But we have to say Faris was totally up for the challenge and created plenty of magic on his own with some FIRE and some FALL FLAVA! Great kid, great family – we were not surprised in the least. Mom & Dad Rajaa & Elias are delightful and we have a great time hanging with them. Now let’s get to some highlights!
We started on location and we were able to get some cool fall colors – mostly some shades of maize first in the background of the meadow…
Good looking dude!
We also have some fun behind the scenes from that photo on Instagram:

Next up we were able to position our guy with some framed fall colors for some Pure Michigan through the brick – very cool shot!
At this point we headed back to the studio where we went with some sports and some style… First the sports with a little West Bloomfield Laker pride – and the FIRE!!! ⚽️🔥
Here is some more behind the scenes of the fire on Facebook:
Lastly we’ll go with the formal look on the grey paper:
What a stud – what a session! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with Faris!
What a great day we had with Jake – and he’s a legacy – the youngest of three Frameable seniors! This dude has personality to burn, and he brought plenty of style and fun to the proceedings. We started in the studio before we took over Detroit…. so let’s get to the highlights!
First we went with the jersey theme – the teams and swag that mean so much to this guy. Check it out:
Cool huh? We also have some fun behind the scenes from this shot on Facebook:
Now it’s time to highlight the time in the city:
First we headed to Eastern Market for a few murals:
Looking good!
Next we got this cool pic of Jake with the Eminem / D12 mural in the background. So cool…
We headed over to the belt for a few as well and here’s the behind the scenes from that on Instagram:

We had a dandy of a day indeed in Franklin with Dalia and her mom Marla with a Pure Michigan feel! We love photographing seniors at the Franklin Cider Mill (and eating a few – okay a lot of donuts)! So let’s get to some highlights!
As I mentioned we started at the Franklin Cider Mill so let’s see a couple of those:
She’s adorable!
Here would be a good time to give a shout out to Francie Fruitman on Dalia’s makeup! Great job Francie! Meanwhile here’s some behind the scenes first from Instagram:

We’re in love with this next one with the Pure Michigan feels!
Next it was time to explore a little and we found this patch of leaves on the ground to put Dalia in! Here’s the behind the scenes from Facebook:
…and the result:
Love it!
Okay we’ll leave you with one more in front of a white barn door and this is a fantastic one to end on:
A dandy with Dalia indeed! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with her!
Fire and Detroit Muscle – now there’s a couple of elements that don’t suck for a senior picture session and Jacob crushed it for his portraits! We had a great time with this guy and his parents Scott and Jenny – plenty of laughs and the results are fantastic. Jacob is a West Bloomfield Laker and a well rounded dude. We’ll show you!
We started in the studio – Jacob is a cellist – not the first one we’ve had from this class of 2022 and he is on the ski team – we focus on the skiing for this highlight – a little fire and ice if you will?
So cool! We also have some behind the scenes from this segment on Instagram:

Next it was time to head to Birmingham to get some location pics:
That’s a good looking senior!
One more from Quarton Lake:
Nice.
Okay now here’s where the Detroit Muscle comes in, and we’ll start with the behind the scenes from Facebook:
…and we’ll leave you with this kick arse pic of Jacob and his Ford Mustang!
Oh yeah….. and there you have it! Fire and Detroit Muscle on display with Jacob! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with this awesome young man!
Fiyaaaaaaa is a great word for this session literally and figuratively and yeah, we love this girl. She’s been on our blog before as a spokesmodel representing the class of 2022 seniors, and we were pretty pumped to get her back in here for another round! An accomplished student-athlete and North Farmington Raider (like us), Maya is a rock star and we’re big fans of her whole family actually. Mom Melissa joined us for a fantastic day in the studio and Detroit so let’s get to the highlights!
Okay so there’s your actual fiyaaaaaaa.
And here’s the behind the scenes on that from Facebook – pretty cool!
Let’s now get to some more figurative fiyaaaaaaa in Detroit!
Pretty in the city!
Hey it’s Maya on the Mural! We have some Belle Isle behind the scenes as well this time from Instagram:

And we’ll leave you with one more:
Whoa – okay that’s a fantastic pic to finish with! Maya on fiyaaaaaaa indeed! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with her!
Is there anything better than Ezra? As in photographing Ezra so soon after he arrives in the world? Not much. We love newborns and we have to say that this newborn set the record for shortest and easiest newborn portrait session in Frameable Faces history. Ezra was a champ – no meltdowns, lots of sleeping – just a mellow little dude and he was a joy to photograph.
Oh – and his family… they’re also a pleasure including his big sis Izzy who was so sweet and helpful! Parents Stephanie and Kevin have a great little family going here, and we’re here for it all day – to share these wonderful highlights, so let’s get to them!
Let’s start with the classic family portrait!
Love that!
We also have some fun behind the scenes first from Facebook:
And how about one more on the black background with big sis!
Adorable!
Now for a little focus on the main man for his first professional portraits:
OMG. A beautiful sleeping baby boy!

And we’ll leave you with one more:
Awesome.
What a morning with Ezra and the rest of the family! We loved it and we hope you enjoyed the highlights!
Well here’s one of those blog posts where the title writes itself! Qué Bella indeed! Bella is a beauty and we had a lot of fun on this session with her, her mom Ammi and grandma Marcia (like for real – we were cracking up on the Instagram you’ll see below)! Detroit always makes for a fun session and Bella killed it. So let’s get to some highlights shall we?
We started out at The Belt which is a very cool spot.
Yasssssss!
We also have our first behind the scenes livestream replay from Facebook:

Satisfyingly Stupendous? Yep. Samantha’s senior session was a winner and when the Franklin Cider Mill is involved it’s a scrumptious one too! We had a lot of fun on this one – Samantha’s whole fam joined and everyone had a good time! As for Samantha herself we’re fans. She’s adorable, smart, fun, nice – all the things. So let’s get to a few highlights shall we?
We started in the studio for a few pics first:
Love that in black and white…
Next we headed to the Cider Mill (the best one in town) for a few cool spots like this one, and we also want to give a shoutout to Yasmine at Mandy Rose for Samantha’s makeup:
Gorgeous.
We also have some fun behind the scenes first from Facebook:
We headed down the street at this point for a few other spots like this gazebo:
Wow right?
We played around with some smoke too – here’s the Instagram video:

And we’ll leave you with this one with a red barn backdrop…
Satisfyingly Stupendous with Samantha indeed! We hope you enjoyed the highlights of our day with her!
Nick is our pick for being an all around good kid. Nick had a good time on his senior pics – he just has an easygoing and overall positive attitude that makes him enjoyable to be around and we had a great day in Detroit with him and his mom Jennifer (the rest of the fam met us towards the end as well)! Nick is a senior in the class of 2022 at the Eton Academy and it’s time to check out a few highlights!
We started out with some murals in Eastern Market – how cool is the suit and tie look with the mural? A little juxtaposition of style perhaps?
We also have some fun behind the scenes – first from Instagram:

Next we headed over to a “secret spot” in Detroit hehe…
LOVE THAT!
From there we headed over to Belle Isle and we have some fun behind the scenes at the fountain from Facebook:
